The Community Participation Unit was established in 2002. It is directed by Professor Bernard Lim, the Unit explores the "participatory approach" in community architecture and planning in the Hong Kong context, through a series of actions and researches to solicit public and stakeholders' feedback, involvement and decision-making. The Unit collaborates and develops proposals and projects with the communities, professionals, government and school students.
